More than half of what the average person eats is ultra processed. Not because they are making bad choices, but because the food system is designed that way. High-protein yoghurt, high-protein pasta, high-protein coffee β at some point the marketing overtook the food itself.
I spent three weeks tracking my protein intake properly β weighing, logging, the whole obsessive ritual. What I found surprised me. I was already hitting my target most days without trying. The protein-fortified products were solving a problem I did not have.
